She is an experienced Senior Director Of Service Management practices and Tech Operations with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. Malin is skilled in Telecommunications, ITIL, Agile (Safe) and Leadership, and an engineer with a degree from the Karlstad University, Sweden.
