Registration
Passes are available to purchase on our website. Click here to register.
You may pay for your pass by credit card (MC, Visa, Amex) or invoice. All fees are due in full in order to gain entrance.

Please note that all press and analyst attendance will be reviewed for approval by TM Forum for free pass eligibility.
Please check with your individual embassy regarding the rules and requirements. Letters will only be provided from TM Forum with a confirmed event booking. Upon completion of your event registration, links to the request letter will be available on the final confirmation screen and in the confirmation email.
Please note TM Forum does not take responsibility for the issuance of visas. We are unable to assist with visa applications beyond the issuance of the visa invitation letter.

Due to GDPR, TM Forum does not provide attendee lists with contact information to anyone.
You are able to see the attendee directory in the event app. Through the event app, you'll be able to message any attendees, speakers, or sponsors and share contact information.
If there is contact information (email or phone number) listed in an attendee's profile, that is their choice to do so.
*Please also note that we often come across fraudulent service providers who claim to be able to offer attendee lists. TM Forum has not authorized this, and we would encourage you to avoid any of these scam attempts.

If you cancel your registration before 18 August 2023, TM Forum shall refund 50% of the fees paid. On or after 19 August 2023, or if you fail to attend the Event, the full registration fee remains payable to TM Forum and no refund will be given.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your pass to a colleague. If you would like to cancel or transfer your registration, please email [email protected].
You can collect your badge onsite starting on Monday, 18 September 19 at 7:30 am.
Registration is located inside the main entrance of the Bella Center. You will need to produce photo ID.
Peak time for registration is Tuesday morning. Avoid the wait and arrive on Monday to collect your badge.
If you find the details on your confirmation email are incorrect, email [email protected] and request it to be updated.

The cloakroom is located in the Registration area after you enter the main doors.

We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle. Water stations will be available throughout the Bella Center.
The DTW23 - Ignite expo is called the Quad.
To access the Quad, walk through registration and into the Park. Take a right and you'll see the entrance to the Quad.

Catalysts are proof-of-concept projects developed collaboratively by TM Forum members. These projects bring together companies large and small to co-create innovative solutions to important industry challenges, demonstrating how this can be achieved by leveraging key TM Forum best practices and standards. Many innovative commercially deployed solutions began life in the Catalyst program.

The Next20 startup program connects startups with CSPs and technology suppliers to strengthen the ecosystem and inspire the next wave of innovation and growth.

Hotel & travel
For attendees requiring additional entry documentation, advance travel planning and early visa application are important as visa applications are subject to a great degree of scrutiny.
It is strongly suggested that all attendees review the websites below and/or contact their local embassy to determine what if any, travel documents they will need to travel to Denmark.
TM Forum is able to provide registered delegates with an Invitation Letter needed to assist in this process. Please note that TM Forum is unable to contact the Embassy on your behalf.
It is the responsibility of each delegate to make the necessary arrangements related to this process.
There are two ways to obtain a letter of invitation:
- A completed DTW23 - Ignite Registration OR
- A confirmed hotel booking – click here for our partner site for hotel bookings and click the menu bar for visa application info. The letter will be issued from the hotel, not TM Forum.
In the event that a visa is denied, the delegate can provide proof and we will issue a complete refund of the registration fee.
After you register for DTW23 - Ignite, there will be an option on the confirmation screen to request a letter, as well as a link in your confirmation email.

Upon completion of your event registration, links to the request letter will be available on the final confirmation screen and in the confirmation email.

- Please visit the registration desk on Monday, 18 September to register in person.

First timers
Before you arrive, it’s wise to build your agenda using the event app.
Make sure to complete and publish your profile. This will enable you to be seen and network with other attendees.
Plan your visit. Create your personal agenda, and bookmark your top sessions and networking activities, so you don’t miss out.
