Lloyd has been working in HKT for 14 years and has strong hands-on experienced in FTTx, Network Services and Structured Cabling System Projects. He also manages a Project Team supporting local and overseas projects with USD$10M+ contract revenue annually. 

He is a home-grown talent well versed in Telco infrastructure, end-to-end service provisioning, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and ESG compliance. During the Digital and Telco Transformation, he widely extends his experience in Digital Workforce Transformation, Digital SOP, Intelligent Operation, Occupational Health & Safety Compliance and Audit, and Green Network development and Sustainability. 

HKT had great achievement in Energy Saving in recent years. And Lloyd joined the M602 project as CSP to contribute to building a green, intelligent and simplified network for a low carbon future.
