Dr. Jun Zhu is a Chief Architect and Senior Product Director of Asiainfo Technologies Ltd. (HKG:1675; World’s Top2 and China’s Top1 telecom software provider). He is primarily responsible for the research, innovation and product planning of Asiainfo’s big data products and technologies from 2015. Dr.Zhu obtained a Ph.D from Software Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1999. 

Prior to AsiaInfo, Dr. Zhu has been a senior development manager in Platform computing since 2006, which is acquired by IBM in 2012 because of its excellence in high performance computing. Besides stay current with cutting edge technologies like big data, AI, block chain and digital twins, Dr. Zhu has more than 10 years experience of client facing and business enablement in North American and China in financial, telecom, oil & gas and public sectors.
