Alessandro has over 20 years of networking experience with a focus on WAN networking and network orchestration.  He has a consolidated experience in standardization bodies (ITU-T, IETF) and forum (OIF), open-source community (Linux Foundation Networking). He joined TIM in 2000 contributing to many technology developments about PON, ASON/GMPLS, PTN and recently on network orchestration. In previous roles, he worked in Marconi on SDH and DWDM technologies.
