Karsten is a cryptographer and security researcher from Germany. He likes to test security assumptions in proprietary systems and typically breaks them, starting during his Ph.D. at UVa. Karsten is the Founder of SRLabs and Autobahn Security in Berlin where his professional work includes testing telcos for hacking issues. Karsten was the CISO at Jio in India and at Axiata in Malaysia.
