Osama Abu-Shihab is the VP of business technology services in the Network and Technology Services organization of Bell Canada. He leads a robust delivery team responsible for the DevOpS implementation of solutions  for new product introduction, operations improvement, and large customer needs in the Bell Business Market unit. Osama has led significant transformation initiatives in his career, most recently on execution of scaled agile development across technology and business units. Osama’s team is strongly involved with TMF initiatives and are championing a couple of catalysts on display in this conference.
