Roz Roseboro, Principal Analyst on Omdia’s Service Provider Operations IT group supports telecom software and hardware suppliers, financial firms and communications service providers in their IT transformation efforts. Her analysis of telecom IT software and services, including artificial intelligence, provide actionable insights to influence clients’ development and implementation strategies.

For more than 20 years, Roz has been a telecom industry analyst for RHK, OSS Observer, Analysys Mason, Heavy Reading and Omdia, covering areas including switching and routing, telecom IT and cloud infrastructure. She has presented at key industry conferences worldwide and delivered bespoke projects for a host of companies in the telecommunications and IT space. Roz has a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, an MBA in Marketing, Management and International Business from the J.L Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Northern Michigan University.
