Vicky has worked in leadership roles across energy, utilities and Critical National Infrastructure for over 25 years, leading a variety of innovative IT transformation projects. She joined CityFibre’s management team in Summer 2022 as Chief Digital and Information Officer.  She has responsibility for CityFibre’s long-term IT strategy and roadmap and also supports the business in its drive to deliver an industry-leading ordering, installation and service management experience for its wholesale customers. 
Before joining CityFibre, Vicky was Chief Digital and Information Officer at National Highways where she led the Digital Services Team. She was responsible for the strategy, provision and operation of England’s operational roadside technology and business information technology including data strategy, Enterprise Architecture, programme delivery, IT Operation and Cyber and Information Security.
Prior to that, Vicky was Chief Information Officer and Vice President of IT Digital Transformation in the UK and US at National Grid, where she had responsibility for Group Functions and Digital Transformation.  Whilst at National Grid Vicky also held Leadership positions in network strategy, control centre operations, process excellence and customer service within electricity and gas.
