James Kirby is Senior Vice President, Global Telco and Head of EMEA at CSG, responsible for the telco go-to-market strategy and business development. His extensive industry experience allows him to lead teams that craft impactful solutions that help customers drive revenue growth, improve customer experience and monetise new revenue opportunities.
With 20+ years of experience at CSG, James puts customer excellence at the centre of his strategy. He has developed, implemented and driven multi-million-pound projects and businesses globally, and previously held product management, business development and services roles within CSG.
Before joining CSG, James was the Global Product Manager for Intec Telecom Systems, which was acquired by CSG in 2010. He holds a master’s degree in leadership from Henley Business School.
