To ignite growth, telcos are transforming into “techcos,” able to leverage next-generation connectivity and digital service opportunities. But what is the blueprint for success?
These new techcos must embrace innovation and agility, prioritize research and development, and focus on delivering compelling new services that drive positive customer experiences. To achieve this transformation telcos will need to revamp corporate structures, operating models, and cultures.
The winners in this new era will enjoy reinvigorated revenue growth, satisfied customers, and higher valuations. This track will explore how the DNA of a CSP must evolve to deliver on the techco opportunity.
